Are you looking for a position where you can design innovative solutions in the field of electric charging infrastructure and implement them through exciting projects for our customers? Then we have just the right opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Project Manager e-Infrastructure (m/f/d) in a permanent position. The role can be performed from anywhere in Germany and includes regular customer visits within the country as well as occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.
You provide our customers with comprehensive support, with the goal of continuously developing their infrastructure and building lasting partnerships.
You understand the operational and technical needs of our customers and position yourself as a trusted point of contact.
You support projects already in the early stages of development – from needs assessment and feasibility analysis to concept development, including the technical and economic evaluation of solution concepts, taking into account technological trends, suitable charging management systems and structural framework conditions.
You identify suitable funding programs at the federal, state or municipal level, support the application process and ensure that all regulatory funding requirements are met during project implementation.
You ensure the successful implementation of customer projects related to the installation of integrated charging infrastructure systems. This includes responsibility for complex construction-related projects such as the expansion of depots or the construction of new workshops.
You independently manage and advise on public tenders by involving relevant departments and coordinating local sales teams, while overseeing project work packages.
You build a customer-specific project structure and ensure contractual compliance with tender requirements. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external partners.
You ensure that interfaces between the charging infrastructure, depot management, vehicles, construction measures and digital integration run smoothly.
You coordinate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. building authorities, construction supervisors, fire departments) to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
You oversee internal processes related to taxes, accounting, invoicing, sales controlling, procurement and legal matters.
You establish reporting structures and budget control mechanisms, and ensure that all commercial processes (offers, purchase requisitions, invoicing) are carried out diligently – both with suppliers and toward the customer.
