We are looking for a Project Manager e-Infrastructure International (m/f/d) in a permanent position. The role can be performed from anywhere in Germany and includes regular customer visits within the country as well as occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.
- Managing and supporting our customers together with our European sales organizations, with the goal of developing their infrastructure sustainably and building long-term partnerships.
- Understanding the operational and technical requirements of our customers and positioning yourself as a trusted point of contact.
- Supporting projects from an early development stage, from requirements analysis and feasibility studies through to concept development and technical and commercial evaluation of solution concepts, taking into account technological trends, suitable charging management systems and structural conditions.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects for the construction of holistic charging infrastructure systems, including responsibility for complex construction projects such as depot expansions or new workshop builds.
- Advising on and managing tenders by actively involving relevant specialist departments and local sales organizations and coordinating project work packages.
- Establishing customer-specific project structures and ensuring contractual fulfillment in line with tender requirements, in close cooperation with internal and external process partners and local infrastructure experts.
- Ensuring smooth interfaces between charging infrastructure, depot management, vehicles, construction activities and digital connectivity.
- Managing and supporting local sales organizations in all matters related to the e-infrastructure business and ensuring effective communication between local eSystem Managers and central experts.
- Supporting and steering local sales organizations in scaling our infrastructure business.
- Establishing reporting structures with budget control mechanisms and ensuring that all commercial processes such as quotations, purchase requisitions and invoicing are handled diligently with both suppliers and customers.
