We are looking to hire a Manager Land Acquisition (m/f/d) with a focus on charging infrastructure solutions for buses at the earliest possible date.

The position can be performed anywhere in Germany, with regular customer visits within the country and occasional on-site appointments in Mannheim.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • You identify suitable sites across Germany for the development of charging infrastructure solutions for buses.
  • You develop site-specific business cases together with internal and external stakeholders and prepare decision documents including investment prioritization.
  • You manage the internal approval process for sites and projects, keeping an eye on commercial, technical and contractual aspects.
  • You conduct negotiations with landowners, operators and partners and coordinate lease, rental or license agreements.
  • You support the application process for construction and operating permits as well as other required approvals.
  • You contribute to the further development and standardization of land acquisition processes.
  • You actively contribute to the setup and further development of the CaaS business segment.
  • You ensure professional and transparent reporting and prepare decision and status reports for internal committees.

Your profile

  • You have at least three years of professional experience in the acquisition or implementation of charging infrastructure projects or comparable operator models.
  • Alternatively, you have experience in construction procurement or in complex electrical or infrastructure projects and a strong affinity for e-mobility.
  • You have completed a degree in business administration or engineering or have a comparable commercial or technical qualification.
  • You have experience in contract negotiations, building and managing networks, and assessing site-specific opportunities and risks, particularly with regard to long-term operator and usage models.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
