As Sales Manager Depot Charging Solutions (m/f/d) – Northern Germany, you will play a key role in expanding our infrastructure business across Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg, Berlin, and potentially Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia. You will identify new business opportunities, advise clients on tailored charging infrastructure solutions and support them throughout the entire sales process, from the initial client engagement through to successful contract negotiations and signing.
he position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Northern Germany and includes regular customer visits as well as occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- You acquire new clients for our charging infrastructure solutions and further develop existing client relationships over the long term.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their technical, operational and commercial requirements.
- Analyse client needs and work closely with internal and external specialists to develop tailored charging infrastructure solutions.
- Guide clients throughout the entire sales process, from the initial contact and needs assessment through solution development to contract signing and the subsequent handover to the project team.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and support clients in making strategic decisions related to e-mobility, charging infrastructure and depot development.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business case calculations and technical solution concepts.
- You will develop and implement regional sales strategies and identify new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract discussions, through to successful closing.
- Represent Daimler Buses Solutions at client meetings, industry events and trade fairs.
- Identify suitable public funding opportunities and support clients throughout the funding application process.
